Tammi Ligrani
I am a Colorado native and grew up in the small community Welby in North Denver. I graduated from the University of Denver with a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and a double minor in Physics and elementary Education. I earned my Masters of Education degree in 1999 in Diverse Learners from the University of Phoenix. I grew up on a vegetable farm that grew into a truck farm as I grew up. We even sold our produce to Safeway, before they got so big. I look forward to working side by side with my new 5th grade team mate, Mrs. McCarty and our fantastic 5th graders because face it, 5th graders ROCK!

Katie McCarty
I was born and raised in Littleton, Colorado. I have had the privilege of living in various parts of Colorado and in Kona, Hawaii, but now find myself and my husband back in Littleton. We love it. I graduated from the University of Colorado Denver with a degree in Elementary Education and an endorsement in Culturally and Linguistically Diverse education. One fun fact about me is that when on a trip to Swaziland in 2016, my friends and I got to go to King Mswati’s birthday party! This year I am so looking forward to getting to know and be a part of the Maple Grove community and walking by my students as they work toward, reach and exceed their goals.
